Over the last two decades, Sanjiv’s career within the Jindal group where he serves as a part of the executive management can be best defined as that of a serial Entrepreneur. During his tenure, Sanjiv has conceptualized, incubated and converted several business ideas across diverse sectors into profitable ventures. These include, but are not limited to, setting up an iron ore mine (with a capacity of 7 million MT/year ROM), a 2 million MT/ year ore beneficiation plant, a 10 million liter per day STP for the city of Bhilwara, Rajasthan and a 1.2 MMT / year pelletization plant. Each venture is now professionally managed within the group and is a profit making entity.
In his role as Jindal Intellicom’s CEO, Sanjiv is responsible for the company’s growth and diversification. Sanjiv started Intellicom as a BPO company with expertise in Process Management and has diversified the company into also providing Software and Data Analytics services across various industries.
Sanjiv also currently serves as a Director on Intellicom Insurance Advisors Ltd., Keystone Mines Pvt. Ltd. and Quality Iron and Steel Ltd. He has a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and a M.Sc. in Engineering from Northwestern University, USA.
Sanjiv was a part of the founding team of Sarla Memorial Govt. College for girls in Safidon (named after his mother), Kali Ram DAV School (named after his grandfather) as well as Pardada Pardadi Education Society in Anoopshahr, Uttar Pradesh.
Mandavi is responsible for the collaborative and high-performance culture at the company. She leads client engagements and manages client teams. Her relentless focus on learning and development drives her team to pursue excellence for clients. Mandavi also brings significant experience in managing large analytics and services based projects to her current role.
Mandavi has a Masters degree in Business Administration and a B.Sc. in Statistics.
Narender leads HR (Talent Acquisition), Transactional Quality, and general administration across all divisions. He is also responsible for the business development and training functions for the domestic BPO division. With 16 years at Jindal Intellicom and another 27 years of experience in banking, he delivers and achieves varied functional goals.
Narender has a Masters degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance from Delhi University, a Masters degree in Commerce, and a postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management.
Vijay has more than 25 years of experience across the telecom, BPO, data centres, and software development sectors. He leads the IT, networking, and telecom teams at Jindal Intellicom. Prior to joining the company in 2001, he worked with well-known telecom brands like Unitel, Tata Telecom, and Servion Global. During his career, Vijay successfully executed major projects for Indian Defence, GE, Arthur Anderson, SBI, ICICI Bank among others.
Vijay has a B.S. in Electronics & Communications Engineering.
Ajay has 20 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Secretarial Practices, Legal, and Strategic Management of which 14 years have been at Jindal Intellicom. He is responsible for meeting the company’s financial needs – commercial decisions, statutory compliance, strategic decisions, strengthening internal financial controls, tracking all accounting transactions, budgeting, reporting, and taking proactive corrective measures. Prior to joining the company, Ajay worked for Onida Savak, Avery India, and Summit Information Technologies.
Ajay is a commerce postgraduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Manoj runs business development for Jindal Intellicom. He is responsible for sales, transition, key account management, and business strategy. He brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and setting up BPO services to this role. He recently led the product development of “Influens” – our solution for the Digital Out Of Home advertising market. Prior to joining the company in 2004, Manoj worked for companies like Hutchison Max Telecom (now Vodafone) and Cellit (now Aspect Software).
Manoj has a Masters degree in Business Administration specialising in Finance & Systems and a B.S. in Engineering.
Madhav is responsible for managing all new projects in the emerging fields of Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics. With experience in equity derivatives pricing at UBS, private wealth management at Credit Suisse and financial risk consulting at PwC, Madhav is skilled at extracting critical and maximum insight from raw data. He recently set up and is leading growth efforts at Auction-it (www.auctionit.in), which is Intellicom’s solution that connects buyers and sellers of secondary metal material and scrap.
Madhav has a M.Sc. in Finance and Risk from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) and a B.Sc. in Economics, Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick.
